CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 10 DAYS NOTICE
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations require 10 days notice to receive a complete refund (less a $5.00 administration fee)
Cancellations received with less than 10 days notice will be charged 10% per day
( example: 9 days notice = 90% return, 8 days notice = 80% return, etc.)
There will be no refund when no notice is given to the West Coast Trail Express Office.

Find your place of departure and your destination on the chart. The square where they intersect is the cost of a one way fare.
Example: Port Renfrew to Pachena Bay is $80.00

Discounts:
1 to 9 passengers with return reservations- There is a 20% discount on the return portion of your trip ( if reservations for the return trip are made up to the time you board the bus on your departure date.)
example: You have made a reservation from Victoria to Port Renfrew ( $60.00 ), and the return trip from Pachena Bay to Victoria ( $95.00 - 20% = $76.00 ) The saving per passenger is $19.00.
10 or more passengers with return reservations- There is a 40% discount on the return portion of your trip ( if reservations for the return trip are made up to the time you board the bus on your departure date.)
example: You have made a reservation from Victoria to Port Renfrew ( $60.00 ), and the return trip from Pachena Bay to Victoria
( $95.00 - 40% = $57.00)
The saving per passenger is $38.00.
10 or more passengers with one way reservations - There is a 20% discount.
example: You have made a reservation from Victoria to Pachena Bay.
( $95.00 - 20% = $76.00 )
The saving per passenger is $19.00.
